MANCHESTER – Devine Millimet is pleased to welcome Ian C. Hedges as Of Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department. Hedges brings more than a decade of legal experience in real estate transactions and lending throughout New England. His practice includes representing lenders in a variety of financing arrangements and advising developers and property owners on real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, zoning, permitting, and other complex real estate matters. He also has experience working with clients across several industries, including energy, hospitality, cannabis, and health care.
