A fifth vendor has vacated Downtown Allentown Market because the market changed its operating hours to breakfast and lunch only. Pasta & Pies closed June 7 at the market on the city’s ArtsWalk at 27 N. 7th St., according to Jeff Vaughan. He’s the spokesman for the market owner, City Center Allentown. The Italian eatery opened in the space 10 months ago. It replaced Tavola, which closed in May 2023.
