Lowcountry man claims $200K ticket at N. Charleston liquor store; plans to start business
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A Lowcountry man won the top prize of $200,000 from a lottery ticket he purchased in North Charleston. The man purchased the $5 Double Sided Dollars Extra Play ticket at the Happy Liquor Store on Rivers Avenue after seeing a customer in front of him buy the same ticket, according to the South Carolina Education Lottery.
