NEW HARTFORD — The New Hartford Concert Band has announced its summer concert schedule. The band was formed in 1913 by Francis A. Meyers and has grown over the past 100 years, with members from New Hartford, Whitesboro, Utica, Dolgeville, Little Falls, New York Mills, and even Syracuse and Albany.
