New Orleans events: Po-boy Fest, Beignet Fest, Thundercat, Pretty Lights and more

Looking for more to do this week? Check out the latest on Gambit's calendar at calendar.gambitweekly.com. The festival fills Oak Street with live music and plenty of creative and traditional po-boy sandwiches. The music lineup features George Porter Jr. and Runnin’ Pardners, the River Eckert Band, Egg Yolk Jubilee, keyboardists on the Piano on a Truck and more. Roughly 50 vendors offer a variety of po-boys and there are several music stages. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, on Oak Street from S. Carrollton Avenue to Eagle Street.
