Downtown Saratoga Springs café set to close

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Spa Café on Broadway , located at 480 Broadway Suite A in Saratoga Springs, is permanently closing. Owner Darin Palmetto made the announcement in a Facebook post on May 1.

“This decision took a lot of thought and deliberation, but I have come to realize that I can no longer sustain the business in any form due to circumstances that are beyond my control,” said Palmetto in the post.

Spa Café on Broadway opened its doors in downtown Saratoga in July 2019. The café serves breakfast sandwiches, cold and hot sandwiches, salads, quesadillas and more.

The café’s last day is set for Friday, May 17. The eatery is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

“We hope that everyone will have a chance to come by in the coming few weeks so that we may say goodbye in person,” said Palmetto.
