Agency calendar photo contest underway
DAYTON — The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 produces a free calendar each year highlighting scenery, people, places, history and more throughout the nine-county region. For the 2025 calendar, organizers areinviting photographers age 50-plus who live in the nine-county region of Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby counties to submit photos.

Ohio woman charged with DWI, reckless homicide in Jay County fatal crash
PORTLAND, Ind. — An Ohio woman has been charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless homicide in a Jay County crash last August that killed one person and severely injured two others. According to a report by Indiana State Police, a Hyundai Veloster driven by Brianna Faye Mason, now 23, was eastbound on Ind. 26 near Ind. 67 about 2:20 a.m. Aug. 14 when the Veloster left the state highway, became airborne, crashed and rolled. ...
