Come on down to 'The Price is Right Live'

SARASOTA — Have a favorite pricing game? Might be time for you to go up to Sarasota to see if you can come on down.

Tickets are on sale for "The Price is Right Live" interactive show that takes place at 8 p.m. Friday, April 26 at Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.

The evening will include a "celebrity host."

"Randomly-selected contestants play everyone’s favorite games like Plinko, Cliffhangers, The Big Wheel and even the fabulous Showcase," a news release stated. "The show features an array of fantastic prizes, from appliances and electronics to dream vacations and even a brand new car. Lucky audience members can even win prizes right from their seat."

It noted "The Price is Right" is the No. 1 network TV daytime series and longest-running game show in TV history.

"This live travelling stage show version offers fans the chance to make dreams come true and relive feelings of nostalgia, while experiencing the same thrilling excitement of winning big, up close, locally and in-person," it stated.
