A 21-year-old male was out for a walk in his neighborhood, enjoying the Christmas light displays. As he was out, he was unexpectedly confronted by an individual in a white car who accused him of appearing "suspicious". After making this accusation, the individual quickly sped off from the location. The young man who was targeted immediately contacted his parents to describe the situation.
