SAN ANGELO, TX— The second-ranked Wall Hawk baseball team run-ruled the Clyde Bulldogs 11-1 to sweep the series Thursday evening at Wall High School.

In the bottom of the second inning, Caleb Braden’s successful bunt drove in Will Scherr for the first run, while Matt Steen’s three-run home run expanded the lead to 4-0.

Kellan Oliver secured the win, conceding only four hits and one run while tallying five strikeouts.

Wall’s next game will take place at home on April 1st at noon, where they will go head-to-head against the Ballinger Bearcats at home.
