Blythe Man Accused of Eight Felony Counts, Including Burglary, to Stand Trial
A judge ruled Thursday that a 33-year-old Blythe resident must stand trial for eight counts stemming from an alleged residential burglary. Robert Xavier Tapia was held to answer after being accused of eight charges, including burglary and grand theft with a firearm, at the Blythe Courthouse on Thursday. Tapia was accused along with alleged co-perpetrator Christina Marie Dekens, 38, who previously pleaded guilty to burglary and two other felony counts.
