West Jordan to consider nearly 200-unit townhome project, plus other housing pitches

West Jordan is considering allowing a massive slate of townhomes along 5600 West, along with other large developments nearby. Developers are hoping to build a 196-unit townhome project, called Lewiston Place and located at 5702 W. Window Ranch Way, which would be the latest addition to the growing city. The land totals 9.84 acres and it’s currently zoned as High Density Multifamily Residential (HFR).
