Lakeville squad car crash leaves unbelted man with life-threatening injuries
LAKEVILLE, Minn. (FOX 9) - A St. Paul man sustained life-threatening injuries in a crash involving a Lakeville squad car late Thursday night. The Lakeville Police Department said one of its officers in a squad car was involved in a collision around 10 p.m. at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and 205th Street.

Hudson teacher charged with inappropriate behavior tenders resignation
HUDSON, Wis. — A teacher in Hudson, Wisconsin has resigned after being criminally charged for reportedly having inappropriate contact with one of her students. During a meeting of the Hudson School Board Monday night, board members discussed a personnel package that included the resignation tendered by fifth-grade teacher Madison Bergmann. Bergman was removed from her classroom at River Crest Elementary and arrested on May 1 after a parent of one of her students informed district officials about alleged contact between the teacher and their son.

BROWN COUNTY, Minn. (KEYC) - A truck and an SUV crashed at an intersection on Highway 14 at around 5 p.m. on Thursday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Gerald Edward Traurig of New Ulm, 80, was heading southbound on County Road 10 when his 2014 Ram 3500 crashed into a 2021 Ford EcoSport driven by Cynthia Ann Bratland of Hastings, 58, as she was heading eastbound on Highway 14.
