Ella Nguyen drove in Gabby Fadden to get the Orioles on the scoreboard first with two outs in the third inning.

Jefferson took a 2-1 lead in the fourth inning with a two-out, two-run double from Olivia Oerther before she was caught trying to steal third base.

Trailing 5-1 in the sixth inning, Presley Loberg popped out to the shortstop but Eva Taybior was able to tag up and score from third base to make it 5-2.

Jefferson’s Grace Rolek went 4-for-4 scoring twice including an RBI double in the seventh inning to build a 6-2 lead.

Park’s Gabbie Loberg opened the seventh inning with a double, scoring on Gabby Fadden’s double to right field for consecutive multiple base hits to narrow the lead to 6-3.

Park was swept by New Prague two days earlier, losing the opener 7-3 before the Trojans added a 12-5 win. Park also lost both games against Waconia on Monday, 5-0 and 11-3. Rowan Jansen and Nguyen each had a hit in the 5-0 loss against Waconia while Bella Miller also had a double.
