ST. LOUIS — The judge ordered the 20-year-old girl, charged in a crash that killed a former O’Fallon Alderman, to refrain from using social media. FOX 2’s cameras captured Nikkiah Mack going into the courthouse today. The judge told her she could not smoke marijuana either.

Last week, the Fox files uncovered a photo of Mack holding something between her fingers, with what appears to be a small amount of smoke coming from it—something we asked her about.

She says it is a black and mild cigar that you can buy at most gas stations. Mack faces accusations of evading St. Louis County police, colliding with Jimmy Mitchell, and resulting in his death. She stands trial in June.
