ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations. On the afternoon of September 1, 2023 officers responded to an accident in the 800 block South 5th Street in Atchison where a Dodge Charger passenger car driven by 22-year-old Quinn Gamino of Horton had struck a parked vehicle, according to police Chief Mike Wilson.
