Construction projects to close Smithville roadways
SMITHVILLE — Two construction projects in Smithville will be closing roadways starting Monday, May 6. First, the Bridge Street waterline replacement project will require road closures starting Monday. The city's contractor plans to install new waterlines along North Bridge Street. Anticipated road closures will impact North Bridge Street from First Street to the Little Platte River, with an estimated duration of approximately three weeks. At night, the contractor will open the southbound lane of North Bridge Street.
