ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (WMBF) - The federal trial date is set for the Marion man accused in the killing of a New Mexico State Police officer, according to federal records. Jaremy Smith, 33, has a tentative trial date set for June 10 at 9 a.m. at the Pete V. Domenici United States Courthouse in Albuquerque New Mexico.
