Chicopee man arrested after police find firearm in car at park after hours
CHICOPEE — A routine property check at Szot Park led to the arrest of a Ludlow man late Monday night when a police officer discovered him asleep in a vehicle with a firearm. The expected cost for the project is $45-$50 million in total.
Holyoke working to combat homelessness despite no permanent shelter
