CLARION BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — A New Bethlehem man accused of trespassing and possessing drug paraphernalia at a property in Clarion Borough waived his hearing on Tuesday. According to court documents, the following criminal charges against 27-year-old Tevon Paul Minich, of New Bethlehem, were waived for court during a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, May 14, with District Judge Jarah Lee Heeter presiding:

According to court records, a preliminary hearing for 26-year-old Dane David Kells, of Fairmount City, is scheduled for 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, with District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller presiding.

A pair of Vandergrift residents face several drug charges after borough police and Westmoreland County detectives raided their Delaware Avenue home early Thursday. Kaeona Booker, 26, and Eugene Iagnemma, 54, were taken into custody after law enforcement executed a search warrant and seized “several items related to drug activity,” according to the police report.
