Hot Air Balloon Festival kicks off at Post Mills Airport
THETFORD, Vt. (WCAX) - The Hot Air Balloon Festival in Thetford kicked off this weekend at the Post Mills Airport. Balloon enthusiasts created their own hot air balloons.
