NEPA district mourns the loss of a school official in crash
A school official from the Poconos died in a crash over the weekend. According to reports, State police responded to I-380 North in Tobyhanna Township just after 6 p.m. Saturday for reports of a man struck by a tractor-trailer. The man, later identified as Sean Richmond of Stroudsburg, was flown to St. Luke's Hospital where he later died. Richmond was the athletic director at Stroudsburg High School.
