Multiple crews respond to house fire in Rosemont

ROSEMONT, W.Va. (WBOY) — A 12 News reporter on the scene of Tuesday’s house fire in Rosemont has provided pictures and more information about it.
The reporter spoke with bystanders and neighbors of the house on Hayes Drive and was told that they heard a loud explosion prior to the start of the blaze.
Officials on the scene were unable to provide any further information on the cause of the fire, nor the status of the people involved.

ROSEMONT, W.Va. (WBOY) — Crews from multiple counties are on the scene of a house fire in Rosemont Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Harrison County 911 Communications Center, a call of a structure fire was received in the area of Hayes Drive in Rosemont at 3:25 p.m. on Tuesday.
When crews arrived, they confirmed that there was a working structure fire at a residence and began work to extinguish the blaze, 911 officials said.
During that time, EMS units were called to the scene to assist two patients; officials did not give information on the extent of the possible injuries or the scope of the fire.
Responding to the scene were the Anmoore, Boothsville, Bridgeport, Flemington and Grafton fire departments, as well as Flemington and Taylor County EMS units; the Taylor County detachment of the West Virginia State Police are also on site.
