BREWER-- The Medomak Valley Panthers came to Doyle Field and defeated the Brewer Witches 49-18. In the second quarter, Medomak Valley junior quarterback Will Trainor took the snap and got into the end zone for a 8-yard-core. Gorham wins 4th straight Volleyball State Championship
Gorham’s run atop Maine high school volleyball continued Saturday as the Rams outlasted Scarborough in a five-set thriller to win their fourth straight state championship. The Class A, B and C high school volleyball championships were on the line at SMCC in South Portland, where a large crowd watched three-time defending state champion Gorham face the Scarborough Red Storm.
