Salvation Army: warming center was consistently full this season
WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - The Salvation Army’s warming center in Watertown was consistently full this winter. Captain Dominic Nicoll says the center reached the maximum capacity of 20 people pretty much every night, and there were a few instances where beds were full and people had to be placed elsewhere.
