    2 kids, 2 adults seriously hurt in Rockville crash

    MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Four people were hurt in a two-car crash that happened Monday evening in Rockville.

    The crash happened at around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Watkins Pond Boulevard and Frederick Road.

    Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) crews arrived to find two cars were involved in a T-bone collision. Units worked to remove one person who had gotten trapped in their car.

    Pete Piringer, a spokesman for MCFRS, said that one adult and two kids were seriously hurt in the crash.

    A fourth person, who is also an adult, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

    Some lanes were blocked as crews worked to clear the scene.

    Maryland drivers at their finest. I got my provisional license in five minutes even after I rolled two stop signs. I was surprised. Many drivers here are filled with ego and stupidity. Myself included.
