FORT RILEY, Kan. (WIBW) - Military and business leaders came together for the 10th annual Victory Week luncheon today at Fort Riley. Division Command Sergeant Major Derrick Noyes was today’s guest speaker and he spoke about his recent trip to Normandy. The Military Relations Committee and the Military Affairs Council hold the luncheon every year to honor the first infantry division in history and celebrate the anniversary of the Big Red One.

This plan started back in May as it aims to examine existing infrastructure and policies and identify key future needs and strategies that will help our region be better prepared for electric vehicles.
