City Council reviews proposed budget
The Lebanon fiscal year 2025 budget will continue the city’s priorities of traffic flow, code enforcement and stormwater management, city officials said at a Lebanon City Council work session meeting Thursday night. In a written budget message, City Administrator Mike Schumacher said engineering has started for improvements to the Fremont and Highway 5 intersection. “Improvements will be completed on 4th Street to address on-street parking and the intersection of 4th and Jefferson. The Granite Street extension will be completed this year and will include traffic pattern changes on Morgan Road as well as improved pedestrian access in the area,” Schumacher said in the budget message.
