Duke Football continues its methodical roster reload during transfer portal season, as the Blue Devils added a veteran piece on Wednesday in former Rice Defensive Back Tre'Shon Devones. The 6'0", 187 pound fourth year junior departed from Rice after an illustrious career that included placement on the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll for all three of his non-redshirt seasons.
