TAOS, N.M. — Fire personnel were working a small fire in the Taos Canyon on Monday afternoon. The fire was caused by lightning on Sunday. The fire is a tenth-acre size, and fire crews will continue to try and contain the fire on Tuesday. Smoke was reported from the fire at 12:30 p.m. The fire has been named the Casita Fire.
