NMSP investigating deadly shooting involving Quay County Sheriff’s Office
TUCUMCARI, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police are investigating a deadly police shooting near Tucumcari. Details are limited at this time but NMSP says the shooting involved the Quay County Sheriff’s Office. They say the shooting happened several miles south of Tucumcari. The deputy is said to be okay but the suspect has died.
