California's Market Match could be cut from the state
CHICO, Calif. - Market Match, a state and federally-funded food assistance program could be cut from next year's state budget. Earlier on Wednesday, dozens of vendors and customers were out at Chico's Certified Wednesday Farmers' Market, buying and selling locally grown produce.
