TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Police have made a second arrest in connection to a Terre Haute murder investigation. It involves a May 7 shooting at the 800 Block of S. Center Street that left Antonio Jones dead. On Tuesday, Terre Haute police arrested Levon Warrington, 21, of Terre Haute.
