Prepare for heavy traffic around Siegel Center in Richmond next week due to high school graduations
According to the university, nine Chesterfield County high schools are hosting graduation ceremonies at the Siegel Center, located at 1200 West Broad Street, between Monday, May 20 and Friday, May 24. Between 400 and 7,000 people are expected to be at each ceremony.
