KIMBERLING CITY, Mo. (KY3) -The driver of a minivan was killed after he ran off James River Road and hit a tree Tuesday night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Steven Shook, 59 of Kimberling City died in the crash. The patrol says Shook wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
