Remains found in Montgomery County are of missing woman, authorities say
CONROE, Texas (KIAH) — Skeletal remains that were found last week have been identified as a missing woman in Harris County, according to authorities. Montgomery County officials said that remains discovered on Friday in a wooded area near Decker Prairie Rosehill Road have been identified as Kay-Alana Turner, who has been missing since March of 2023.

The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Services Department hosted multiple Dog Walker Watch Yappy Hours throughout the month of April at various dog parks in The Woodlands. On Wednesday, April 24, from 5 to 6 p.m. the final Yappy Hour of April was held at Rob Fleming Dog Park, 6055 Creekside Forest Drive, where residents and dog enthusiasts had the opportunity to learn how to be the “extra eyes and ears” of law enforcement and about the Dog Walker Watch program.
