SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTGS) — The promoter who trademarked Orange Crush is sending cease and desist to Savannah businesses. The promoter, George Ransom Turner III, posted on his Instagram cease-and-desist letters he sent to Savannah businesses, including Club Elan, Island Breeze, and Eclipse Savannah. He is threatening legal action if they continue using the name 'orange crush' to promote events.

Morning lows return to about 60 degrees on Thursday, some inland areas will be in the upper 50s. An isolated shower or two will be possible Thursday morning, most of us remain dry with just a few clouds moving overhead. We’ll warm to the 70s by lunchtime with afternoon highs in the lower 80s!
