Field sprayer crashed south of Clear Lake on Monday
CLEAR LAKE, Iowa – The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office says there were no serious injuries after a field sprayer crashed Monday morning. Deputies say Darin Christian Hansen, 54 of New Hartford, was operating a self-propelled John Deere field sprayer in a field near the intersection of Cardinal Avenue and 220th Street, south of Clear Lake.

SUV rear-ends school bus, students not injured
CHARLES CITY, IA. - Some students were shaken up on the last day of school as an SUV rear-ended the school bus they were in. According to Charles City Fire Rescue at 12:27 p.m. it was paged to a car vs school bus accident. On scene CCFR says it found an SUV had collided with the rear end of the school bus causing significant damage to the SUV.

There are indications that some locations received up to 6″ of rain, if not more, mainly to the west of Mason City.
