M/I Homes to Build 600 Homes in Waller
HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – M/I Homes has acquired nearly 230 acres in the Waller area that will be developed with 600 homes in the Sandhill Reserve community. The Columbus, Ohio-based company purchased 175 acres from AQU Capital, the developer of the Sandhill Reserve, plus an adjacent 54 acres from Lea and Alvin Rollins. Todd N. Edmonds of Edmonds & Company Real Estate represented the seller of the 54-acre tract.

Fulshear’s Cross Creek West Expands into Luxury Homes
HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Luxury home buyers will soon have a new option in Fulshear in the next phase of the Cross Creek West master planned community. Johnson Development will expand the 1,258-acre community into the luxury market with the addition of new builders and larger lot sizes in the community’s north tract. The Houston-based developer will add 250 homesites in the first phase of the north tract by the end of the year, including newly available 65-, 70- and 80-foot wide lots.
