KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - More than 36 acres of land are set to be transformed into housing units and commercial buildings in a central Nebraska city. The Kearney City Council approved the rezoning of more than 36 acres of agricultural land Tuesday night. The land is located on the northeast side of town, at the northwest corner of 39th St. and Antelope Ave.

KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - Traffic was slightly altered in Kearney Wednesday morning as officials with the Museum of Nebraska Art had a major funding announcement. Governor Jim Pillen paid Kearney a visit to celebrate thousands of dollars going to the MONA from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development. The donation totaled $845,000.
