Dubuque Police officer charged with domestic assault & harassment, on administrative leave
DUBUQUE, Iowa — A Peosta man that records show serves as a member of the Dubuque Police Department has been charged with two counts of Domestic Assault Causing Injury and a charge of 3rd Degree Harassment. Court documents show that 27-year-old Tyler Breitbach is accused of striking a girl he once lived with on two separate occasions.
