HAMPDEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The Cumberland County District Attorney has ruled a deadly police shooting as justified. DA Sean McCormack on Thursday said dash camera video showed that after a standoff across the street from his residence, Gregor Fleming, 44, walked toward officers and "demonstratively" pointed a gun at them, prompting officers to shoot him four times.

Driver charged with DUI after vehicle goes over Cumberland County embankment
WORMLEYSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Dauphin County man is facing charges after a vehicle went over an embankment earlier this month in Wormleysburg. East Pennsboro Township Police say on March 3 at 3:44 a.m. officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on North Front Street.
