WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Slow-moving low pressure and a very moist atmosphere will trigger spots of standing water, poor drainage flooding and elevated streams this morning. Doppler radar indicates pockets of 1.5-2.0 inches of rain will fall in an hour in the heavier showers and thunderstorms, mainly west of our region in the Charleston area.
