Narrows Fire Department offers light of hope to residents after a day without power
GILES CO., Va. (WDBJ) - Sunday evening, storms hit Southwest Virginia in what seemed to be just a matter of seconds. “We were here at the station and all of a sudden, it just got black and started pouring down rain and thunder,” said Narrows Fire Chief Elwood Lambert.
