A deadly crash in Peoria claimed the life of a pedestrian late Thursday night, police report. The incident occurred near the intersection of 78th and Olive Avenues around 10:41 P.M., according to FOX 10 Phoenix. 17-year-old sentenced to 31 years in prison for double shooting
PEORIA (25News Now) - A 17-year-old accused of attempted murder in a February double shooting in Bartonville during a botched drug deal has pleaded guilty. The Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office says Donald Grant pleaded guilty to attempted murder and aggravated battery with a firearm for the shooting in Bartonville last February. He was sentenced to 31 years in prison for the attempted murder charge and 20 years for the aggravated battery charge which will be served concurrently.
