Turkey Season Was a Good One for SE Missouri
Turkey season ended in Missouri earlier this month. Pemiscot County MDC Agent Brian Shelton says it was a phenomenal season for southeast Missouri. The total harvest in the state was over 44-thousand. Stoddard County led southeast Missouri numbers with 312, followed by New Madrid County (123), Butler County (105), and Pemiscot County (94). Dunklin County had the lowest harvest number in the state with 21.
