Kalamazoo man, 43, shot and killed, found unresponsive in road
KALAMAZOO, MI — A Kalamazoo man shot and killed Friday evening has been identified as 43-year-old Kunta Tavarius Davis. Davis was found by police on the ground and unresponsive in the 1300 block of Cameron Street — north of East Stockbridge Avenue and east of Division Street — at around 8:55 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22.

Otsego cross country teams extend league winning streaks
EDWARDSBURG—The streaks continue for the Otsego girls and boys cross country teams. The Otsego girls upped their Wolverine Conference winning streak to 84 with victories over Edwardsburg (15-50) and Three Rivers (17-46) on Tuesday, Sept. 19. The Otsego boys, meanwhile, moved their league winning streak to 73 by defeating the Eddies (18-42) and the Wildcats (18-41).

It piqued my curiosity because the article proclaimed it happened in Otsego, MI, where we publish the Union Enterprise. After further review I discerned it was actually Otsego County, Mi, but not to take away from the story, I found it very interesting.
