Okanogan double murder suspect spotted in Shoshone County $10,000 reward
SHOSHONE COUNTY, Idaho – Okanogan and Shoshone County deputies are seeking help to find a double murder suspect who was last seen in Shoshone County. Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office said that Dylan Harrington a 27-year-old man from Okanogan is wanted for a Double Murder, and there is a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest. He has been on the run since 2022.

2 climbers rescued from Cutthroat Peak in Chelan
CHELAN, Wash. — Two Hikers were rescued from Cutthroat Peak on Monday after one lost his rope, and the other broke their leg. According to the Chelan County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), Rivercom Dispatch received a notification near Cutthroat Peak around 8 p.m. The message said one climber fell and broke his leg and the other lost their rope.
Brewster passed over for charging station funding
BREWSTER – It appears that it may be some time before the city has its very own electric vehicle charging station (EVS) like Pateros and Bridgeport have. Director of Finance Misty Ruiz informed the city council at its April 18 regular monthly meeting that a city application submitted to the Department of Commerce (DOC) for a portion of available EVS funding did not score high enough to make the cut this time around.

BRIDGEPORT – The Revitalization Committee is dealing with details that attend any major renovation like the Berryman Park upgrade. For instance, a staging area other than the park lawn for contractor equipment to avoid damage to the area that would later need restoration at city expense. Free spay/neuter clinic comes to Agriplex May 6-9
BREWSTER – For about two-and-a-half years now, Brewster resident Mike Ostrom has waged a one-man campaign to capture homeless cats in and around the city so they can be spayed or neutered, receive vaccinations and medical attention before being returned to their point of capture. As of this writing Ostrom has succeeded in rounding up 177 felines, 72 of those within the city limits. What Ostrom is doing for Brewster is scheduled to happen countywide – for four days anyway – at the Okanogan fairgrounds.
