NEW JERSEY (PIX11) – Multiple law enforcement agencies arrested a New Jersey man and woman who allegedly sold heroin/fentanyl, crack/cocaine, and other drugs and endangered the welfare of a child, authorities said.

The ATF, the New Jersey State Police, and the United States Secret Service took part in a long-term investigation that led to the arrest of Demoy Woller, 23, and Qa’Lasia Williams, 25. They were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of school property, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Authorities had been investigating Woller and Willians since November 2023. On Monday, police officials executed a search warrant for 10 locations within Passaic, Bergen, and Sussex counties.

Authorities seized more than $100,000 in cash, a 9mm handgun with a high-capacity magazine, 56 rounds of ammunition, more than 12,000 packages of suspected heroin/fentanyl, 1 ounce of suspected raw heroin/fentanyl, 9.5 ounces of suspected crack/cocaine, 8 pounds of suspected marijuana and several large bottles of promethazine.

It was not immediately clear why they were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Other associates were also arrested in connection to the investigation. Names and details were not immediately released.

If convicted, Woller and Williams could face multiple years in prison. Possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute carries a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison. Third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance carries a minimum sentence of three years in prison, third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 1,000 Feet of School Property carries a minimum sentence of three years in prison, and endangering the welfare of a child carries a minimum sentence of five years in a New Jersey State Prison.
