CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A new documentary is being released during National Nurses Week, it will be on racial biases in health care. Its producers hope it will inspire change. The documentary is called “Racism in Nursing." It was put together by Black Women Cultivating Change and the Black Nurses Network to bring to light the struggles faced by active nurses and nursing students and try to invite a healthy conversation about it.
